September is here and while we don't have any changes in the Guidebook, we do have a new site event! This one is a bit of a free for all, letting everyone wander and request Encounters at their leisure or participate in a few tests of skill. Check out the Easthaven Ren Fair and find out what's in store for September! The event itself will be open until the end of October even if in-game it's only around for September.

If you want to participate in the tests of skill, make sure to toss your hat in the ring ASAP so we can make sure everyone is included when we kick them off!

Hotspots

McCoy Orchards
To claim a hotspot, post a thread set in the named location and submit a mod request for a hotspot encounter. A hotspot can only be claimed once, but a new one is dropped when the old one is completed.

This particular hotspot has been a thorn in Easthaven's–and by extension, the Exchange's–side for some time now. Rumours abound of a strange elk-like creature lurking in the shadows of the orchards. It has harassed several people according to the word on the street, and photos are beginning to appear online, claiming it's a new New England cryptid. Most believe it's just a particularly aggressive elk, displaced by development or something of the sort.

Our City Mysteries meters are in our footer, under the board statistics. Each finished meter will trigger a unique adventure scenario or world development, so try to puzzle out what will trigger them for new content!
