Hey Katter! Sorry this took me so long to get to, but we're here now.

Okay, so she looks good so far, but her powers are written like she can do them innately. I would think of an arcanist's abilities more like a list of spells they can cast. In Briar's case, a few spells involved with her runes, like the one you mentioned for the "Pandora" keyword, would be more appropriate for the arcanist power-set.

As for her Charms, these are the ones that are done innately, haha. I love what you've come up with with the bone rings, but remember that she wouldn't have any magical items starting out. These bone rings would/could simply be a conduit for her charm, and if you wanted to make it permanent, she would need to perform a ritual.
