Hey Apti!! Billy is looking good. His charms are really inventive, and all his dice are in order. We only have one thing we'd like clarification on:

Fact was Jessie was almost never in Billy's life until he started showing signs of magic.

Humans aren't innately magical to this point, so he couldn't show signs of magic spontaneously. However, it's not out of the question for him to start practicing rituals at a young age, so we'd like to see more specifics on the kinds of magic signs he's showing. For example, did he do his first ritual, and it went from there? Did the effects of a ritual hang around for a bit, making the magic unmistakable?

Other than that, as far as we can see, he's good to go, so tag us back once you get that sorted, and we'll get you set up!

Full on was thinking Dresden Universe where they do some strange harry potter cantrip stuff early on. Changed it to show he had an "unhealthy interest" in the occult that intrigued his pops and drew him back into his life.
