Despite herself and all her protests, Juniper absently lifted the drink to her mouth again, apparently quite done with the ordeal. Chatting, rather than just sampling it while under observation, distracted her enough from the monumental effort of forcing herself to take another sip. Her face crinkled up again, but she didn't gag nearly so much this time.
