March Updates
When I say a lot has gone on in the past few months, I mean it. I (sluggy) had a baby! His name is Joseph and we're quite fond of him.

So, things have been slow. In the interest of keeping our sanity, we're pausing running admin events until the summertime when things slow down. Keep an eye out for fun happenings around the summer solstice. We have a new hotspot in the aftermath of the January event. Likewise, Easthaven is still fraught with our City Mysteries. Someone needs to solve them, even if the cost is randomly stumbling across a gruesome crime scene while on your midnight snack run!
In the meantime, I bring you goodies from around the World Wide Web. Here's a video that made me laugh, a cool piece of art, and a quote I like.
- Advancement Prompts for Apprentice and up.
- Updates to the Guidebook
- Path Icons
- Updates to City Mysteries, both graphically and functionally

City Mysteries
Check out the Train Station of the Dead City Mystery Event.
In the subway tunnels beneath Easthaven, the spirits of the dead and mythology are causing problems. Trips to the underworld and tears in the veil between worlds make for an interesting and dangerous commute.
Phase II has triggered.
Check out the Ritual Murders City Mystery!
The Exchange is following a string of strange half-blood murders that seems to be pointing back a mysterious cult. Read about the progress so far and what it's all about at the link!
Our City Mysteries meters are in our footer, under the board statistics.
Hotspots
Begin a thread in a hotspot and submit a mod request for a special encounter.
This particular location has been a thorn in Easthaven's–and by extension, the Exchange's–side for some time now. Rumours abound of a strange elk-like creature lurking in the shadows of the orchards. It has harassed several people according to the word on the street, and photos are beginning to appear online, claiming it's a new New England cryptid. Most believe it's just a particularly aggressive elk, displaced by development or something of the sort.
There's already been two attempts at this hotspot that didn't make it to the finish line, but that just means there's another shot at whatever's lurking around McCoy's orchards!
Some strange happenings at the Kingslane City Mall have led to, you guessed it, even more strange happenings. Sometimes it's as small as putting your shopping bags down for a moment only to discover they've been moved when you look away. Other times, the seasonal decorations have come down on top of hapless shopper's heads! In all cases, someone claims to have seen something small and humanoid darting away from the scene of the crime. Of course, most say this was a trick of the eye, but people always say that to protect their sanity.
Happy March!
