Billy is a young man who has come into his own from being an awkward smaller kid. Now a tall man with a great jawline and thick hair. He would be handsome if he could manage to pull together a little confidence. He dresses in layers and tends to favor dark clothes or comfort threads. Billy isn't one to turn his nose up at sweatpants if he just needs to make a run to the store. Billy is also commonly seen wearing jewelry or sporting knick-knacks, more a factor of his spellwork than any fashion choices.
The thing you need to know about Billy, is that he was exposed to The Amazing Spider-man comics at a very formative age. He grew up thinking the right thing to do was to stand up for yourself while mouthing off. This was not the right thing to do. Billy grew up small, scrawny, and didn't know when to shut up. So he has a good sense of where he isn't wanted and where to not put his nose, even if he lacks the common sense to mind his own business.
He tends to be endearingly, or annoyingly, awkward when meeting new people and has never been a social butterfly. More like a social pigeon, in the area but with a dazed look as it bobs its head. He is at his most confident talking about magic or his interests, though confidence has never stopped him from putting his foot in his mouth.
At his core, Billy is still just a kid with way too much power just trying to figure himself out. Like most people really. He hopes that in the end he leaves positive marks on the world but who really knows what kind of impact their life has?
Billy's father, Jessie Dorble, was an older man and self-proclaimed warlock that dabbled in arcane rituals of dubious nature. His mother Laurie Broder... was a stripper in Las Vegas Nevada. Jessie made frequent stops to Vegas, more for pleasure than any kind of business, and one such visit resulted in Billy. He was a small kid growing up and his father Jessie was never around. Fact was Jessie was almost never in Billy's life until he started showing interest in magic. When his mother mentioned what she described as an unhealthy obsession, Jessie took a greater interest in his son. Though even that was limited to a few visits a year and an annual summer trip.
Billy loved his dad though, even when he could almost never see him, and soaked up all the magic lessons his pops could teach him in those short summer vacations. Then one year when Billy was seventeen, his dad just stopped coming. No more calls, letters, or anything. Billy's dad just vanished from the face of the earth. A few years later Billy's mom got married, which was good for her even if her new husband Todd was a bit of a tool. While helping her move in with her new hubby, Billy found several old postcards from his dad. Back when Billy was first born his mom and dad had tried to make it work and even talked about moving away together to live the typical nuclear family dream, but it never really worked out. Even so, the post cards showed the place Billy's dad had grown up. Some little town called Easthaven.
Not wanting to stay stuck in Vegas or get sucked into any of his new step-dad's religious stuff, Billy decided to move to the town of Easthaven. Unsure of what to except he hopes to learn more about his father's childhood and maybe just maybe find out what happened to his dad in the end.

Separate: A minor charm used to separate two things that are connected or mixed. This can be used to pull ink from a page, a page from a book, creamer from your coffee etc... The effect is small and can not be used on anything that can't be held. Requires physical contact.

Message:: Billy can send his surface thoughts to another person. This connection is one-way and requires direct line of sight with the target. This charm is primarily verbal, but a faint sense of Billy's emotions can be felt with the messages.
